Community Outreach Committee

Our mission is to get NAMIC involved in community efforts that align with NAMIC’s core mission and vision. Our goal is to create connection opportunities for telecommunication and media professionals and recruit new members that will find value being a part of NAMIC.   

Our 2026 Goals: 

1. Host or participate in one community event per quarter 
2. Recruit 20-40 new members 
3. Build corporate partnerships with two telecommunication/media companies 

Time Commitment  

• 10 hours or less per month 
• Monthly Committee Meeting – 1 hour (via Zoom) 
• Planning and Task Work: 3-5 hours/month (a little more before events) 
• Event Participation:  Attend at least two of the four quarterly events
